The Situation

With over 30 buildings in the heart of Lakewood’s industrial center, Cedarcom’s mission extended much further than simply leasing beautiful, practical office spaces. They aimed to be a hub, a business incubator where businesses could grow and thrive. Offering professional, on-site business consulting and mentoring, flexible contracts, and a collaborative culture for entrepreneurs, Cedarcom (formerly Cedar Management) needed their rebrand to drive home their promise to go above and beyond to help their tenants succeed.

The Solution

We began with a fresh new visual identity, including a new logo and brand colors that reflect Cedarcom’s appeal: smart, modern, and in the center of it all. We then built a new custom website, sourcing copywriters and photographers as well as coordinating the entire project from start to finish. To help ensure a successful launch, we developed a strategic ad campaign for local publications. The ads began with suspense-building teaser ads and culminated in an eye-grabbing, full-page spread showcasing the beautiful spaces Cedarcom offers.
