The Chicago Center, an indispensable community chesed organization, was brimming with services but struggling to communicate them effectively. Their offerings were so diverse that many Chicagoans didn’t even realize how much support was available – all under one roof. When they approached us for a rebrand and marketing, their challenge was clear: How could they make sure the community knew about all the services they offered – and how to access them when it mattered most?
The Solution
We crafted a modern icon of interlocking “C”s and paired it with timeless typography to honor The Chicago Center’s century-old legacy. We then streamlined their services into five distinct divisions, while keeping them unified by a cohesive design featuring the new brand icon. Our PR campaign introduced the new divisions and the powerful tagline, “The Answer Is Yes,” highlighting The Chicago Center’s unwavering commitment to answer the needs of Jewish Chicago. The surge in awareness and engagement that followed confirmed the impact of the rebrand, which was well-received by the community and donors alike.
